Why heat and cold?

Heat

  • Loosen up

Heat gets your circulation going, which is why so many people use the sauna to ease stiff muscles after training or a long shift.

  • Switch off

Warmth, quiet and no notifications. It's an easy place to properly unwind.

  • Proper wood-fired heat

A traditional wood-fired sauna, with the crackle and the smell that come with it.

Cold

  • Wake up

The plunge sets off a jolt of adrenaline. Most people climb out buzzing and clear-headed.

  • Recover

Cold water is a go-to for athletes who want to feel less sore after hard sessions.

  • Build your nerve

Slow breathing in the cold is a skill. It gets easier every visit.

Infrared

  • Gentler heat

Infrared panels warm you directly rather than heating the air, so the room feels gentler than a traditional sauna.

  • Red light glow

Red light panels fill the room with a warm, calming glow.

  • Just the two of you

The room is private, and your session finishes with 30 minutes in the Thermal Garden.

“Outstanding sauna, ice bath, and jacuzzi experience in Derry. The sauna was powerful and perfectly heated, the ice-cold plunge was intense and refreshing, and the jacuzzi was the ideal way to relax and recover between sessions. The hot-and-cold contrast therapy setup here is excellent. The entire space is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back.”
